Yes, I love it. My router is an x86 mini PC running Open WRT, then I have two routers acting as WAPs also running OpenWRT.
I do, but I have to switch to X11 for work. I log in using VMWare Horizon Client, which technically works on Wayland, except that keyboard shortcuts and keys like Meta are caught by my desktop.
I ran in to this on Debian on WSL on my work machine. Decided to just build Neovim from source.
Been enjoying my L5 for nearly a year. There are for sure problems but really it works as a phone and as a small Linux PC. I really want Crimson to come though, PostmarketOS and Mobian look very attactive.
Anecdotally, I have been using my L5 for almost a year now and haven’t had complaints of call audio quality once.
I use both Konsole and Kitty and both are excellent.
Konsole for regular stuff, kitty for neovim.

I agree with you. Purism had this same problem at one point I believe - turns out that the Wordpress plugins that they used for their site came bundled with Google crap.
It’s possible this wasn’t an intentional choice by anyone at S76, but instead just spyware bundled with other components.
Both businesses should know to evaluate their dependencies for these sorts of things, but mistakes do happen. It’s good that concerned community members exist to call them out, even if they have no plans to change it.

I will give you that, even as an Android disliker, this is pretty cool. Not for me maybe but its cool how portable these environments can be.
