There should be a download link for the latest release on a project’s main page, so I don’t have to click on the releases page if I just want the current version.

This idea is the result of an executive giving a non-executive an assignment akin to “we need to be showing ads more. Where can we fit them in?” And then the assignee would have come up with the idea, because their job depends on it. Then the executive approves the idea.
Worse for the 99% now and for everyone in the long-term. Better for the 1% in the very short-term (one quarter of a year).
Unfortunately, those in the 1% who are concerned with the very short-term future are disproportionately influential.

The purpose of the site is for employees to rate their employers anonymously, to alert fellow workers to poor conditions. For the site to reveal names means employers can now use glassdoor to know which employees say bad things about them, and can retaliate. It’s a major dick move.

The UK speaks English though, so I would have figured a UK keyboard would be at least very similar to a US keyboard, enough so that switching from one to the other wouldn’t be too hard.
That’s better than the alternative. Otherwise they’ll know you’ve blocked them when they compare their feed to your mutual friends’.
