Truly, a day of loss for all Brazilians…
He’s just trying to subvert expectations, why not make things worse when you can’t make things better!

Honestly, it’s not that hard to make a truckload of money if you start off with a busload of money (in this analogy, the truck’s bigger). Capitalism is pretty much built to ensure that the rich will either stay rich or get richer unless they’re completely irresponsible with said riches.
And paying attention to trends isn’t a stroke of genius, either. As for marketing, the ‘fresh rebel tech magnate’ turned out to be just a shitposter without the proper context in which to “shine,” nothing more.
Magnets.
Heresy? Is that Roblox Burlyman? It’s heresy, right?
Eggy farts. Eggy farts aaall day long! Especially during the company meeting!
Shit will get REALLY real when we reach five-fold! Or better yet, touch-papyrus! Just roll that meter-long flab of screen up, and you’re good to go!
To be fair, I think research on mammoth cloning started a good while ago and, if scientific research is anything like a start-up (spitballing here, I have no clue), doing a massive reorientation mid-process ends up costing more in the long term. At this point, it’d be easier to just finish figuring stuff out with mammoths then adjusting and applying the process on other entities/purposes.
Still MFW we’re cloning woolly mammoths on a boiling planet. Lol. Lmao, even.
Right?! I didn’t even think twice about it, like of course he’d add an “x” to whatever he makes next! I mean, what’s he got left, “y” and “z,” and neither has any of that edgy zing.
Yep, that’s exactly it! Dexerto has apparently existed as a general social outlet for a while, from what I’ve gathered. Overall media coverage.
Completely unrelated to Mulch’s new thing.
Edit: would’ve been a sick burn (my opinion), but now I just feel bad:))
Upon reading the title again, I now realise Dexerto were just reporting on it… Woo, 420 no-scope!
Gonna leave the original up, let’s all laugh at that guy!
Was it intentionally named after the Italian word for “desert” (deserto) because he expects it to be a dried up wasteland, or was it just a coincidence?
Because that would, at one point, imply a full process audit, which will inevitably lead to some shit-stirring, especially in terms of management’s contribution to said output, making it much easier for the worker to see just how underpaid they are and probably hurting some manager’s feewings. We can’t have the truth! Better to Love Big Brother and blame the Drone!
The jokes are becoming reality, I swear…
I honestly don’t see the fitness tech in itself as useless, it holds clear benefits for us. I’m just not one to encourage creating increasingly wasteful and predatory iterations of said tech.
I think size is the wrong point of comparison, considering this is literally pointless tech. I’m not opposed to wearables, but we’re just not at the point where we have small and relevant enough tech to make a ring more advantageous than a fitness band.
Plus we really need to prioritise repairability in all cases, regardless of the tech’s application. I’d say we shouldn’t even produce something we couldn’t then subsequently fix if the need should arise.
