Everyone gangsta till you do this and actually see 4 stars on the windshield
Everyone gangsta till you do this and actually see 4 stars on the windshield
Everybody gangsta still we invent hardware accelerated JSON parsing
AI: “This code will create a memory leak and potentially crash the users operating system”
Me: “Nuh-uh”
AI: “Correct”
You definitely should, it is lightyears improved
Yeah there’s a decent ton of them out there, each player can find the one that resonates with them!
Something I think worth doing is searching “in 40 rhythm games” on YouTube to get a quick compilation of a bunch of unique rhythm games , and importantly it gives a little preview of their gameplay, usually at a high level
Rhythm Games in general, but specifically osu!mania taught me that I can, like, actually get good at completely new stuff no matter how much I suck at it to begin with
It also taught me that I really like Hardcore EDM, before hand I wouldn’t really listen to music cuz I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of music I was drawn to
I don’t understand why I get zero choice
Absolutely agree, I use to get excited for new updates to anything, cuz like “yay new things” or “old things but less buggy”
But recently I’ve been absolutely sulking over the modern software updating paradigm of shipping perfectly fine updates with completely useless UI changes that absolutely nobody wanted so tech companies can justify having an in-house UI team
Like my phone, on Android 11 I set the custom color to a really nice red color, i matched it to my wallpaper and everything, I loved it
And then Android 12 hits, and that lovely red gets replaced with some bologna enthusiast’s spamcore aesthetic
I’m sorry, Material “You”?. Nah this is Material Somebody Else fr
And I can’t do anything to change the colors of my own phone
I hate being a slave to UI teams, let me change the colors atleast, damnit
I am so close to just rooting my phone ngl
I’d recommend reading Wikipedia
More content than you could possibly read, short reads typically, you learn stuff, and you can make games out of it
A game I like to play is to come up with 2 completely unrelated things, start on thing 1, and see if you can get to thing 2 on Wikipedia in 6 tabs or less, using Wikipedia links only

Random Lemmy Comment:
Kingdom Hearts II
That game is the reason the X button stopped working on my PS2 controller when I was like 4 or 5
Reddits giving a grace period to Infinity since it’s getting a subscription model developed, so they haven’t even started charging Infinity yet
Literally the only reason I occasionally go back every 3 or 4 weeks is to check if my old app moved to the subscription service yet, and so far it hasn’t
Man giga same, I have so many vids from there downloaded to my current phone and old phone, it’s insane
Honestly FixedByTheDuet was my personal favorite, I miss it but I’m willing to make the sacrifice to stay away from reddit and keep using Infinity
That’s cursed
More than welcome!
Here’s the F-Droid link, you can also download the APK from the codeberg releases, too
Don’t care, Infinity is finally for Lemmy, there’s nothing I miss anymore so I’m never going back to Reddit
Nah they use “an open standard” being just markdown files or something, but the apps are still proprietary as far as I’m aware
I really hate how I sometimes, though rarely, see Obsidian talked about as if it were open source just because it uses an open standard
Like Photoshop isn’t open source because it can use PNG kinda thing
