You’ll just have to trust me, or ask an old timer from one of those cities you speak of (I’m from one of several in the area). They’re about 1/4 the amount of traffic that they used to be.

Combinations. Amazon, smart phones, how kids hang out, poverty, giant stores like target and wal mart…It’s a bunch of reasons that all hit against malls.
Malls haven’t been the only hit over the decades. “Cruisin” is no longer a thing. Teens used to spend hours on nice nights driving up and down a certain stretch of road in nearly every city somewhere.
More kids used to ride bikes around for funnies.
Drive in movie theaters used to be huge.
Things always change and it’s almost never just a single reason.
That’s like asking why people celebrate holidays.
That’s all it is. It’s a holiday that’s just for teens.
And I hate every one of you for jacking used car prices way the hell up for everyone so you can play half legal car dealer, while also making it hard as hell to even find a used car from a real owner of a vehicle instead of guys like you who owned it for a week and adding $2k to the price.
Last one I tried buying a guy listed it on a Sunday night. Like 7pm. I arranged to meet him Monday morning. But guess what? Guy showed up 7:45 pm with cash and bought it. Then re-listed it out of my price range.
I’ve heard you don’t want the flat pack Steam, so…
What are you using it for, and how much space are you looking to need? This info will change recommendations.
I have no idea. Plus, with a brand new company, you can’t even be sure they’ll be around in a few years to follow through with any such promises.
I tend to just care about security updates at this point. There isn’t any new features I want, anymore. I’m either using it as a phone, sending messages, or in an apk. The OS version is of little consequence.
Disclosed? It shouldn’t be allowed at all.
Sell it and buy a steam deck. I’m over 40. The deck made me like gaming again. So many fun games and immediately being able to sleep the system while in a game and then waking it back up to be right where I left off is a huge benefit to me.
Just learn to play the 4 chords so you can make a pop hit.
T-mobile has been profitable every single year since 2013. Well before the merger.
I was on t mo’s “top tier” magenta max plan.
Now, you can’t even get very good deals on a trade in phone with that plan because they created something else to phase out magenta max. I think the only benefit over magenta max is like 10GB more hotspot data. 50 instead of 40.
But you need that plan (which of course, is more expensive) if you want the same types of trade in deals you used to get on Max.
Neither which really affects me too much, because I haven’t gotten a phone through a carrier plan in like a decade. My 4 year old current phone isn’t going away any time soon, either. The last descent phone with a micro sd card slot. Note 20 Ultra.
At my house, one figured out how to use my doggy door and kept raiding my kitchen trashcan at night.
Maybe the poles finally swapped? Lol
The entirety of Europe is all in the Northern hemisphere, bro.
That’s the article I read, but I still don’t see a mention that the insurance wound up paying. I don’t see any update beyond them trying to acquire the money for the treatments.
The story may have gotten an update. When I read about it, there was no resolution and the mom was trying to gofundme for some help and the hospital tried to get insurance to do it under the argument that they were born a day before the drug was cut from the list, and insurance still denied it.
The US hard up needs straight socialized Healthcare. Our model is complete shit.
Their story gets even more screwed up. The woman who had the kids’ health insurance (through her work, cause murika) cut this drug and others like it the day after the woman’s kids were born. Doctors ran tests on her twins and confirmed the issue 4 days later.
So if she’d have had her kids less than a week earlier, the insurance would have been forced to cover it. I practically find it hard to believe it was such a coincidence.
Yep. That’s the thing that never changes. “The man” is a total asshole killjoy.
