Love our land, loath our society.
The natural beauty of America is amazing, but the people seem to be mostly absolute shit.

a masterclass trash talker. And that is really what throws Trump off and throws him into obscene tantrums where his composure is lost and he comes off like a whining loser: when he’s been taken down a peg by someone else. Nothing sticks deeper in his craw.
That’s an interesting point, I was actually kind of annoyed that Biden was insulting Trump as I saw it as stooping to his level, but your comment on that does make it seem like a valid strategy.
I don’t think he could win, but for a laugh I’d love to see Hunter Biden replace Joe lol convicted felon vs convicted felon!
One-fucking-hundred percent.
Warren was my choice over Bernie for strategic value even though I like Bernie more. If we didn’t have explicitly Republican propaganda outlets I think conservatives would have been more comfortable with her too as she was once a Republican and understands business law.
Hell she literally wrote the book on my, and others, biggest issue “the two income trap” where society has defined economic success by “family income” instead of individual incomes. People like myself suffer because we’re perpetually single so we only have one income. Family income says everything is rosy because it’s now 2 incomes. :(
There’s some stupid adherence to precedent where we don’t primary an encumbant because in the past it didn’t work out well. So now we shut our eyes and pretend he isn’t absolutely one of the worst candidates ever because we refuse to primary him.
It was so long ago I don’t remember exactly what I said but things just seemed awkward after that. I tried to show interest after that but it was never reciprocated lol
I was moving to Florida with a friend and he warned me about his friends girlfriend who would also be living with us. “She’s a slut, she’ll try to sleep with anyone.” So one day after being there a wile I’m woken up by someone climbing on my bed and I think “goddamn it not this” and immediately jump up.
It was that guys hot sister that was into me until I bugged out there…
:(
drinks the blood.
NOW I HAVE YOUR WATER!!
I don’t exactly subscribe to the conspiracy but I can understand it as it’s related to “planned obsolescence.” Companies don’t want to sell you a quality product that will last “forever” they want to sell you something that’s just good enough to work for a bit, but will absolutely break or be replaced very soon so you become a repeat customer as opposed to a one time customer.
The same logic applies here with the medication, why would they sell something once even if there were new future customers, if they could instead have everyone on a “subscription” of sorts?
The conspiracy exists because we see it play out in every other facet of our society/economy. Everything is becoming a subscription, you don’t own anything, every product a corporation makes is almost complete garbage, etc… I’m not sure I believe it 100% but I wouldn’t in the slightest bit be surprised to find out that actually was the case.
My friend really needs to learn about this. He works for Intel and does some really involved stuff, I on the other hand am a moronic jackass factory worker.
No friend, I haven’t the slightest idea what you’re trying to tell me you did if you keep using technical terms.
Yeah yeah I’m not falling for it deep state! I’m going to stay asleep! Zzz!
For me I don’t want someone to have to find me and deal with the aftermath. I’d much rather it be a planned thing so no one else has to suffer just because I needed to end it all. Unfortunately I’m in a country where that’s not possible so when the time comes I need to go deep into a forest or something.
I can’t wait for this to spread to unrelated areas!
Supermarkets maximizing profit: put ads everywhere and hide the most commonly bought foods!
Gas stations maximizing profits: unskippable ads on all pumps, plus the pump stops halfway to make you watch another ad.
Dating apps: oh… They already killed themselves. Swipe swipe swipe swipe. Hide messages. Hide likes. Reduse exposure to profile unless paid member.
I hate this future.
Well that makes me nervous, but I’m thinking the ones by me are just used to people. They’re on my landlords yard/in the driveway every day and thankfully they don’t seem to care about me lol
Definitely cool to see as someone who spent most their life in a suburban/urban location.
We’re nothing but money to them.
Welcome to capitalism?
Always has been.
I’m in a similar position, but I think I’m still working through “coming to terms” with my “situation.”
It’s definitely depressing as I’ve only had 2 real goals in life: be in a loving relationship, and own a home. Both of those are proving to be exceedingly unlikely to happen the older I get.
It kind of sounds like you’re attractive then lol more power to you friend!
Thank you for being one of the only people to be real about how it’s not a guarantee. You might not find anyone. I see way too much fairy tale thinking and all the “just wait, she’ll come” nonsense.
Being lonely sucks, being single in a society that requires 2 incomes sucks, but I think being in a shitty relationship just to be in a relationship is worse.
38 and I still hate hearing that. I think the people that believe this just got lucky and have some survivorship bias or something.
If you’re a guy you have to do something. Women will not just walk into your life, you have to actively try to find someone. If you don’t have a circle of friends it’s exponentially more difficult (see recent man vs bear in the woods conversations) as women want absolutely nothing to do with a “strange” man (as in a stranger).
Online dating is for young people (low 20s) successful people (wealthy travelers) and the very very attractive. If you’re a “typical” guy the experience is soul crushing.
I think it’s probably better to have taken action as you’ve learned a lot. People like the person you replied to and myself “know” our limitations but then we don’t do anything so you’re 15 years more advanced in your knowledge and I’m 15 years stagnant no better than I was from the start.
The company I work for doesn’t advertise, we live and die by our reputation.
Also: ship it, let the customer complain if they find it.
