I would think that an extraction shooter would be a much worse experience for someone who doesn’t like battle royales. That’s my opinion, anyway — I know people who have done complete 180s on this so you’ll only ever figure it out if you give it a shot.

You can definitely play it alone, but it is a lot more fun playing with others, depending on your temperament.
