      It’s still baffling how this idea even got past anybody sane. It must be like in academia where who’s giving the pitch is much more important than what’s in the pitch. They must’ve heard “I worked at Apple as a product designer” and were sold on the spot.

        I mean I like the physical design of the product but anyone with a brain could see it was never going to work as advertised.

        I remember laughing at business-aspiring folks rocking bluetooth earpieces back in the day, and now everyone walks around with at least one airpod attached to their skull.
