I’m using an app that’s meant to help me stop and just to tell me when there is a problem. I don’t think they got everything right but some stuff yeah their basically right. Just the fact that I view this much really is something. But is it really that problematic?
Broke: I need more surveillance to help me stop consuming porn because of my dopamine levels
Woke: I look at nudes that were shared without extortion involved, with myself or the public, because I understand the guilt comes from participating in the violation of other people’s consent and boundaries
Bespoke: Involve random people on the internet in whatever weird exhibitionist fetish this is supposed to be
