Politics will always get heated discussions in the comments. Personally I think there are enough communities on Lemmy to discuss politics, so that’s why I like [email protected] and other communities like [email protected] to have that rule.

1. posts must link from a reliable news source
2. no reposts
3. paywalled articles must be made available
4. avoid politics

• multicommunities
• [email protected]
• being able to completely block instances at the user level rather than just mute the communities
